Get to grips with values of wads of Congo currency notes – printed in vivid colours –beautifully detailed images of leopards, antelope , buffalo, lion, elephant & crocs on one side – other side, all the Belgian Colonial luminaries such as King Leopold, Badouin etc. I wish I’d kept some with my stamp collection! In the centre of town my introduction to what was forever to be the status symbol of my teenage dreams! |
